Tim Roper

An Emmy-nominated Writer-Director with a diverse mix of experience in both filmmaking and brand building, Tim began his advertising career with a film degree in hand and then became one of the most consistently awarded Writer/ECDs in the history of the ridiculously awarded “Agency of the Decade” Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Tim left the agency world in 2012 and joined the roster of Partizan Entertainment where he collaborated with several world class cinematographers and production designers while never quite putting down the pen. Tim has Written, Creative Directed and Directed award-winning content for clients as varied as Microsoft, Sprite, Hulu, Volkswagen, Burger King, method, Truth, Las Vegas Tourism, GM, Barbasol, Disney, Netflix and SC Johnson. He is now one of the few successful, road-tested hyphenates in the world of branded content and the Founder, Creative Director and Lead Writer-Director at F. Yeah & Associates.

Lisa Effress

A highly accomplished Agency Executive Producer, Lisa spent nearly two decades at such shops as Crispin Porter + Bogusky, TBWA Chiat/Day, Peterson Milla Hooks, The Climate Reality Project and Intel’s “Agency Inside” shaping scores of multi-million dollar productions as well as plenty of astonishingly scrappy projects. Her production experience extends to global brands like Target, Visa, Gatorade, Play Station, GAP, Windows Phone, Microsoft, Hulu, Intel, Al Gore’s Climate Reality and Kraft. Lisa brings a boundless enthusiasm and relentlessly inventive approach to producing that has long made her an agency favorite industry-wide. At F. Yeah & Associates, Lisa’s vast experience and resourcefulness allow her to serve as both Head of Production and/or Line Producer on certain projects, depending on the scope. Lisa also is Managing Director of one of F. Yeah’s favorite partners, 11 Dollar Bill in Boulder, LA, Chicago.

This floating constellation of storytellers bring experience in both brand copywriting and independent filmmaking, span several genres and can operate concept-to-launch alongside Tim and Lisa. All Associate talent will be curated to specific assignments once a creative brief has been delivered.
